Buvoli 's Extra Brut Super Sei is born from a very careful and particular blend of wines from numerous vintages, some of which come from an old reserve aged in wood using the Cuvée Perpetua method.

Format: 1.5 lt bottle

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand into crates only when they have reached perfect aromatic and polyphenolic ripeness. Bottling for the secondary fermentation usually takes place in spring, blending base wines from various vintages, including a portion of older reserves aged in wood using the Cuvée Perpetua method.

Aging: Over 72 months on selected yeasts. After disgorgement, it rests for a few more months before being released for sale.

Allergens: Contains sulphites

Color: Golden yellow given by the long refinement, with fine and persistent perlage
Olfactory analysis: The nose has an intense impact of orange blossom and aromatic herbs, followed by notes of slightly oxidized Rennet apple, candied orange, and citrus. The finish reveals tertiary notes of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste analysis: On the palate, it presents great freshness and drinkability, combined with a very long aromatic persistence and a fine and appropriately persistent bubble. A decidedly gastronomic sparkling wine.
