L'Opificio del Pinot Nero is the company created to market the wines conceived and developed by Marco Buvoli.

Marco defines himself as a craftsman, small numbers and limited series. Pinot Noir vinified in red and especially Spumante Metodo Classico. A difficult challenge: Pinot Noir, in addition to being one of the most demanding varieties to grow in the vineyard, is also a grape that does not forgive inexperience in the cellar, under penalty of producing a mediocre and banal product. Marco's point of reference is clearly France, namely Champagne and Burgundy . Starting from the garage behind his house to make his first winemaking, he has arrived at the wine lists of the best Italian restaurants.
