All the products that can be purchased on are actually available and are stored in suitable places.


Are you a private customer and want to return a product you purchased on ?

  • Write to us at within 15 days of receipt of the goods in which you communicate your wish to return the products, indicating the relative order number.
  • Ship the goods using suitable packaging to the address below.
  • Once the goods have been received and checked, we will issue the refund.

Wines that taste from the cork or defective products:

Have you found a wine that is spoiled or corked? Unfortunately it is something that (rarely) can happen, in which case keep the bottle half-full and with the original cap , contact us immediately and we will take care of collecting the defective bottle and then sending you an equivalent discount code, provided notify us within 6 months of purchase.
