SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Wine 'n more ships throughout Italy.

Shipping is generally completed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and delivery generally occurs between 1 and 3 business days after shipment, depending on the final destination. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with a tracking link to follow every step of the shipment.

The tracking link will allow the customer to communicate directly with the courier and manage certain delivery details, such as times and locations.


COURIERS USED

For express shipments, we use Poste Italiane and GLS.

SAFE PACKAGING

All our wines are shipped in absolutely secure, certified, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure maximum protection for the products during transit. We ship your wine with a new and innovative packaging system designed for glass bottle shipments: NAKPACK® (https://www.nakpack.com/IT/). This packaging is made entirely of corrugated cardboard and is 100% recyclable. It provides exceptional protection for wine bottles during transport, specifically designed to keep them safe, even if the package falls from a height of more than 120 cm.

SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping is free for orders over €85.00 throughout Italy (excluding Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia).

Shipping costs for orders under €85.00 are €9.50 (except for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia).

In Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, shipping is free for orders over €120.00.

For shipments to Calabria and Sicily, for orders under €120.00, the cost is €12.90.

For shipments to Sardinia, for orders under €120.00, the cost is €13.90.

** All products whose description states "the cost of this box includes a contribution towards shipping costs" or "shipping for this box is always free" will incur a €4.00 surcharge for shipments to Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present, such as a concierge, an office, or a trusted store.

If possible, please provide a telephone number for the courier.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or a partial delivery, please report the issue by writing "RESERVATION" on the delivery note that the courier will have you sign. Notify our customer service team as soon as possible of any irregularities, attaching photos of the damage or tampering.

In the event of delivery delays, you can contact us within 30 days of the order date so we can check with the courier.
