Corte Cavedini's Valpolicella Ripasso is obtained with the ancient "ripasso" technique where the young Valpolicella vinified in October is passed over on the Amarone pomace.
Enveloping with hints of ripe red fruit and cherry, ruby red in colour, it goes well with important first courses, grilled meats, game and medium-aged cheeses
