The single barrel comes from Teroldego grapes processed with the methods of Teroldego Rotaliano Classico. The hand-picked grapes are cooled and de-stemmed, then selected by hand. After fermentation, it rests for just under a year in a single 28htl "Single Barrel" French oak barrel.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in 15kg boxes in the second half of September. Selected manually on the sorting table after destemming, the grapes ferment in 10hl stainless steel tanks for about 10/15 days

Aging: Aging in large 30htl French oak barrels for 1 year. Unclarified, unfiltered.

Olfactory analysis: The nose has an intense and persistent aroma characterized by red fruits such as currant and blackberry, with a slight spiciness of leather and caramel, balsamic notes are perceived in the finish
Taste analysis: Dry, good freshness and excellent sapidity, very structured, quite tannic, very soft and velvety, with great persistence.
How to serve it: Serving temperature 16°-18C
