A selected box for a meat-based Christmas menu. Three excellent wines: a Trento DOC made from Chardonnay grapes for a sparkling aperitif, and two red wines, a Teroldego Rotaliano from a small Trentino cellar and a decidedly out of the ordinary Valpolicella Superiore.

A bottle of Felsen Trento DOC 72 months: Trento DOC vintage of indistinguishable value, obtained only with selected Chardonnay grapes.
After a long aging in the bottle, this Blanc de Blancs is a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. - A bottle of Teroldego Rotaliano 'Single Barrel' 2018: The single barrel comes from Teroldego grapes processed with the methods of Teroldego Rotaliano Classico. The hand-picked grapes are cooled and de-stemmed, then selected by hand. After fermentation, it rests for just under a year in a single 28htl "Single Barrel" French oak barrel.
- A bottle of Valpolicella Superiore di 'Corte Canella': Valpolicella Superiore di Corte Canella represents the identity of this company and this family. Determined and impetuous, a decisive and persistent character, all balanced by a disarming softness.
