Vinification: The grapes are harvested when overripe and left to dry in the loft at controlled temperature and humidity. Dry fermentation which gives a higher alcohol content than the sweet version, maintaining the typical aromas and structure of a passito wine

Ageing: Aging in French oak barriques

Color: Intense golden yellow
Olfactory analysis: On the nose aroma of honey, vanilla and white flowers
Taste analysis: Dry, balanced and persistent taste on the palate.
How to serve it: Serving temperature 12°-14°C
How to taste it: Serve in a small goblet
Pairings: Excellent at the end of a meal, in place of a liqueur, also interesting when drunk for a great moment of meditation.

Producer: Le Pignole is located on the hills of Brendola, the gateway to the Berici Hills, and is a small family-run winery of about 1000 square meters on three levels with three hectares of surrounding vineyards.

Autochthonous grapes such as Carmènere , Garganega and Tai rosso are joined by international grapes such as Cabernet Franc , Cabernet Sauvignon , Malbec , Merlot , Petit verdot , Refosco dal peduncolo rosso and Syrah .
