Vinification: Manual harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers with selected yeasts.

Refinement: 12 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle

Olfactory analysis: The nose exhibits sensations of cherry jam, flanked by spicy notes, some similar to thyme and others more pungent than white pepper
Taste analysis: On the palate it is immediately silky and sophisticated. In perfect coherence with the olfactory expression, the peppery elements are a strong stimulus to salivation, while the good and elegant persistence is guaranteed by its vibration and its sapidity
