Founder's White 'Le Lore'


The White of the founder of the "Le Lore" winery is a piwi wine. These vines have been selected to obtain a high resistance to fungal diseases and allow for a significant reduction in the use of pesticides.


Denomination: White Veneto

Grapes: Souvignier gris 50%, Bronner 50%

Region: Veneto (Italy)

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Format: 75 cl bottle

Vinification: Manual harvest with selection of the best bunches. Light skin maceration at controlled temperature. Fermentation in steel tanks at 14°C, maturation on the fine lees (yeasts) for at least 4 months

Ageing: Aging in the bottle for at least 6 months before sale

Allergens: Contains sulfites

Color: Straw yellow
Olfactory analysis: Spicy hints on the nose give way to aromas of honey, citrus, melon, exotic fruits.
Taste analysis: On the palate, the marked acidity is balanced by the sapidity conferred by the minerals of the soil. Wine that has a delicate tannic structure combined with an important persistence
How to serve it: Serving temperature 10°-12°C
How to taste it: Serve it in a large goblet
Pairings: To be combined with shellfish, first courses based on fish or white meat. It goes very well with delicate cheeses and dishes with a slightly spicy flavour

Producer: The "Le Lore" winery was born on land located at the foot of the Berici Hills.
These soils possess unique mineral characteristics that produce bunches with a high sugar content balanced by good acidity and flavour.

The experience gained over decades of winemaking has allowed the Le Lore winery to produce wines that enhance the character of the territory and express its essence.
