Bellaguardia Zero


Bellaguardia Zero is a pas dosé classic method sparkling wine obtained from the selection of Pinot Bianco and Durella grapes harvested manually in crates. The vineyard is located on the southern slope of the hill of the castles of Romeo and Juliet, on clayey-calcareous soil at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.

Format: 75 cl bottle

Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at 16°C.

Refinement: over 48 months on selected yeasts.
