A careful manual selection of the grapes takes only the sparse and perfectly healthy bunches to the fruit cellar for drying. A complex and elegant wine, powerful and velvety on the palate, it is a perfect harmony of fruity aromas, sweet spices and balsamic notes.

Vinification: The grapes for the Amarone are harvested from mid-September, a careful selection by hand brings only the ripest and perfectly healthy bunches to the fruit cellar. The drying takes place in plateaux for about 100 days in an old barn. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel tanks last up to a month before decanting the wine into wood. Maturation of about 24 months in new tonneaux, second passage and large oak barrels for a better complexity of the wine. Bottle aging for at least 12 months

Olfactory analysis: The nose is dominated by hints of dried and spirited fruit, such as black cherries and morello cherries. The tannin is pleasant and harmonious. Aromatic structure of unparalleled finesse and complexity
