The Amarone di Corte Cavedini is an elegant wine, with a great structure, with a robust body, with hints of licorice and chocolate, of a very intense ruby ​​red colour. It comes from a harvest that begins in early October, carried out exclusively by hand on plateaux. Grapes that are left to rest in the loft until early January.

Vinification: The harvest is done by hand, in plateaus with subsequent drying for about 90 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23°-24°C for about 30 days with pumping over and punching down. Aging in French oak tonneaux for about 24-28 months and then 12 months in the bottle
