How to taste it: Wide goblet baloon
Pairings: It is best expressed with braised meats, roasts and game, but also with spicy, aged cheeses, jams and mustards

Producer: In 1960 , grandfather Boni Luigi founded the small winery in Negrar di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona. Subsequently he carried on the business until the mid-80s, when his son Alessandro continued the family tradition by giving his name to the label.

Passion and love for the land handed down to his daughter Cristina who today, with her husband Alberto, continues the art of her father Alessandro.

The numbered bottles , the manual labeling and bottling, certify the great care and attention that is placed in the production of these wines.
