The FarmSmall Villais a small family-run business in Faedo (TN) and for years has represented, in the area, a small agricultural jewel in the panorama of the Trentino hills. It was born in 1991 from the Rossi family's passion for viticulture. The company owns about 4 hectares of property located in two different and distinct areas: the Faedo hill and the Cembra Valley.
Faedo is a territory that has various facets, with altitudes ranging from 350 to 450 m above sea level where varieties such as Lagrein, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are enhanced, up to higher areas (up to 650 m above sea level) where the cultivation of sparkling wine base grapes and Müller Thurgau can be pushed. The area of the Cembra Valley is more homogeneous, with porphyritic soils, which enhance the flavor and freshness of the wines. In these areas, at around 600 m above sea level, varieties such as Nosiola, Müller Thurgau and Chardonnay sparkling base are mainly grown. Annual production is around 20,000 bottles.
