Rosé wines

In order to be defined as such, rosé wine have to come from red grapes or alternatively from white grapes vinified together with red (not from mixing red wine and white wine). From here the wine is then suitable for making sparkling wine, as happens with some pinot noirs vinified in white or bottled as still wine, giving character, complexity and freshness. All accompanied by a more or less intense astringency (tannin).

This type of wine lends itself to being served at temperatures ranging from 8° to 15°C. Highly recommended as an aperitif, rosé also goes well with appetizers, savory first courses, delicate or raw meats.
