Olfactory analysis:
The intense and at the same time elegant scent, strongly reminiscent of the fragrant scent of dog rose, with fruity hints of wild strawberry, currant and blackberry
Taste analysis:
The taste is fresh, clean, with a marked mineral note typical of the porphyritic soils from which it comes. The finish is long, harmonious, rightly sweet, with aromas of dried figs and rhododendron honey
