Format: 75 cl bottle
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked into plastic crates, gently dried for approximately 30 days, and then fermented with selected yeasts. Daily pumping over to promote fermentation and extraction. Natural malolactic fermentation in wood.
Aging: Initially aged in large French oak barrels and tonneaux for 12 months, followed by a second period in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine ages in bottle for another 6 months.
