Format: 75 cl bottle

Vinification: grapes harvested by hand in plastic boxes, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for about 8 days, with daily punching down and pumping over in stainless steel tanks

Refinement: in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and subsequently 4 in the bottle
