Alcohol content: 13.5%

Format: 75 cl bottle

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in 15kg boxes in the second half of September. Manually selected on the sorting table after destemming, the grapes ferment in 30hl oak vats for about 10/15 days

Aging: Aging in 500 liter French oak tonneau until the 5th passage for about 18 months. This is followed by refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months

Allergens: Contains sulfites


Color: Intense ruby red
Olfactory analysis: The nose has an intense and complex aroma characterized by fruity hints of raspberry, currant and violet, delicate spiciness of pink pepper, leather and nutmeg.
Taste analysis: Dry, good freshness and excellent sapidity, structured, enveloping tannins, very soft and velvety, with great persistence.
How to serve it: Serving temperature 16°-18C
How to taste it: Serve it in a large goblet
Pairings: To be combined with appetizers based on cured meats, first courses with meat-based sauces, but also roasts and small game dishes, medium or longer-aged cheeses.
