Corvée Brut is a wine obtained from fine Chardonnay grapes, grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra valley at altitudes above 550 meters above sea level. The deep loamy-sandy soils, rich in stones and the strong temperature variations typical of this high-altitude area, condition the slow and gradual ripening of the grapes and ensure a correct accumulation of the important mineral and aromatic components

from the vaunted resonance fir forests of Paneveggio, to the south skims the horizon of the "Trentino red gold" quarries, the porphyry, source of
work and fortune of the entire valley, and finally to the west it caresses the imposing massif of the Brenta Dolomites.

All the terraces in the valley are warmed by the brightest sun in the south and every day, towards sunset, crossed by the gentle breeze of the Ora del Garda.
The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Cembra Lisignago and Faver Altavalle, at an altitude between 450 and 750 meters high and produce the main native Trentino varieties: Müller Thurgau, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, Pinot blanc, Pinot noir, Lagrein, sauvignon blanc,
Gewürztraminer.
