Olfactory analysis:
The bouquet is rich, decisive and complex, with fruity and floral scents reminiscent of apricot, Kaiser pear, carob and delicate hints of persimmon, acacia flowers and lily of the valley
Taste analysis:
On the palate, a note of strong minerality stands out, an expression of the dolomitic-calcareous soil of origin. Very persistent aftertaste, extremely fresh, which cleanses the palate, reminiscent of dried fruit and pan brioche
