Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks

Refinement: After the tirage , it refines in contact with the lees for over 60 months

Color; Light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Olfactory analysis: The intense, fragrant, very variegated bouquet is full of scents reminiscent of hawthorn and magnolia flowers, the fruitiness of ripe Golden apple and peach, the subtle, yet inviting, notes of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread
Taste analysis: The taste is clean and harmonious, fruity and complex, well balanced and characterized by a fresh acidity that enhances the fruity sensations. In the finish, pleasant and persistent, delicate aromas of sourdough, sweet almond and a delicious aromatic background of Chardonnay are perceived
