Vinification: Manual harvest with selection of the best bunches. Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks

Olfactory analysis: The nose has fruity aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry, continuing with vegetable sensations of pepper and sage, and declining the closure on notes of cocoa, enamel and leather.
Taste analysis: On the palate it has an important tannin, but supported by freshness and body. Closes clean on notes of licorice

Pairings: To be combined with appetizers based on cured meats, first courses with meat-based sauces, but also roasts and small game dishes, medium or longer-aged cheeses.


The 'Fattoria Le Vegre' is located in an area of the Berici Hills where the climate is mild and temperate, the exposure of the 5 hectares of vineyards turns entirely towards the south and surrounds the ancient manor house.

The vines have been planted at high density to obtain the highest quality wine. The harvest is entirely manual in crates and is followed by vinification and aging in the cellar.
