What you will find inside the box:
- A bottle of La Vileta Blanc de noirs 'Villa Piccola' : Classic method from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Manual harvest in the last ten days of August. Soft destemming, pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C for approximately 10 days are the phases that lead this wine to mature for 8 months in steel and subsequent refinement on the yeasts for 28 months.

A bottle of Pinot Noir DOC 'Villa Piccola' : after a manual harvest at the end of September, the vinification takes place by destemming and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 26-27°C for approximately 15 days with careful pumping over and punching down. This is followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels.
- A bottle of Rosè Menà di 'Ongaresca' : Classic method Rosè from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in crates. It is pressed whole with a free-run must yield of 50%. After soft pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and takes off in the following spring. Aged in the bottle on yeasts for approximately 24 months before disgorgement.
