The Prosecco Rù by F.lli Bortolin comes from a careful selection of grapes, chosen for their small and sparse bunches, coming from low productivity vines. The result is a Valdobbiadene Extra dry characterized by a very fine and creamy perlage, a delicate aroma of ripe grapes, a characteristic fruitiness and a full, harmonious, persistent flavour.
