Opera Blanc is a white Trento DOC Millesimato obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes (Blanc de Noirs) from vineyards located at over 500 meters above sea level

Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks

Refinement: After the tirage , it refines in contact with the lees for over 60 months

Color; Light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Olfactory analysis: The perfume has a great personality, complex and layered with floral and spicy notes, reminiscent of violets and cardamom, combined with fruity hints of elderberries and quince
Taste analysis: On the palate it is broad, almost creamy, where the acidity is well balanced by an enveloping structure and the aroma of toasted bread and sesame seeds amplify the pleasant organoleptic sensations
How to serve it: Serving temperature 8°-10*C

Producer: The Cembra Valley, a bold landscape of terraced vineyards overlooking the Avisio stream, is known and recognized for its vocation for the production of Trento DOC base wines: here, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have found particular climatic adaptability over time .
