Rigor and simplicity are the basis of Soave 'La Capelina' . The awareness of a great terroir of origin allows Antonio and Giulia Franchetto to be able to rely solely on the quality of the grapes. The applied technology is therefore minimal and only limited to the need to offer the consumer an intact and stable product.

The Franchetto family has lived and cultivated the land since 1800 in Terrossa, a small village in the wild hills rich in biodiversity of the Val d'Alpone – at the foot of the Lessini Mountains. However, the story of 'Cantina Franchetto' begins later, in 1982, when Antonio Franchetto, at the age of 20 and already aware of the great potential of his territory, decides to have his say by starting to press his grapes and make his own wine. Today Giulia Franchetto, together with her mother and father, carries on the family history by running the company and always working in Terrossa, where it all began.
