The nose exhibits sensations of cherry jam, flanked by spicy notes, some similar to thyme and others more pungent than white pepper

On the palate it is immediately silky and sophisticated. In perfect coherence with the olfactory expression, the peppery elements are a strong stimulus to salivation, while the good and elegant persistence is guaranteed by its vibration and its sapidity
