Olfactory analysis:
On the olfactory examination, an almost volcanic minerality is perceived, linked by small red fruits (raspberry, currant, wild strawberry, marasca cherry), followed by subtle floral hints of hydrangea, cyclamen and pink pepper
Taste analysis:
On the palate, an impetuous freshness and a precise sapidity stand out, accompanied by vivacity, finesse and muscularity. Long epilogue, with a slightly spicy tone, played between spiciness and a slight hint of blueberry
