Founder's White 'Le Lore'
The White of the founder of the "Le Lore" winery is a piwi wine. These vines have been selected to obtain a high resistance to fungal diseases and allow for a significant reduction in the use of pesticides.

Vinification: Manual harvest with selection of the best bunches. Light skin maceration at controlled temperature. Fermentation in steel tanks at 14°C, maturation on the fine lees (yeasts) for at least 4 months

To be combined with shellfish, first courses based on fish or white meat. It goes very well with delicate cheeses and dishes with a slightly spicy flavour
