Valpolicella comes only from fresh grapes to preserve the aromas and scents of the fruit. For Corte Canella, Valpolicella means land and tradition, with that personal nuance that makes it different. The processes, in fact, including three months of permanence in oak barrels, make it soft, but at the same time lively.
