In the production of Corte Canella's Amarone della Valpolicella the priority is to preserve the great power that these grapes can offer. Withering for 70/90 days, slow fermentation (about 15 days) at a controlled temperature. After 36 months of rest in 50% new barriques and two years in the bottle to complete its maturation, this Amarone is ready to be tasted or to rest for a long time in your cellars. Taste Analysis:
The alcoholic note is well supported by an elegant and balanced structure. The tannin is pleasant and harmonious. The notes of licorice and chocolate are the most present, accompanied by a never intrusive wood. Dense finish with a long persistence.
