Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually in small crates. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel with subsequent passage in wood

Olfactory analysis: A clean nose of violets, cherry blossoms, sage and black cherry lead to fresh spices of anise and cardamom

Producer: Le Pignole is located on the hills of Brendola, the gateway to the Berici Hills, and is a small family-run winery of about 1000 square meters on three levels with three hectares of surrounding vineyards.

Autochthonous grapes such as Carmènere , Garganega and Tai rosso are joined by international grapes such as Cabernet Franc , Cabernet Sauvignon , Malbec , Merlot , Petit verdot , Refosco dal peduncolo rosso and Syrah .
